With two Thanksgivings and minimal gym, it wasn't a great week. I drank Thurs at tgiving, then a lil Friday, and also 2 beers at Steve's Saturday. However, small victory is that I went to a class at the gym for the first time in like a year! Also, I made it to hockey on Sunday and also made it to the gym last night. Goal is to make it to Turbo Kick on Wednesday (or if I can't get there by 6:30, then just regular gym) and if I miss class wed, want to make it to melissa's 6:30 lift leap lunge on Thurs (and again, if i miss it, just regular gym at min!)

I also need to get back on track with the food - i.e. do a grain and green with every meal. I've been kind of lazy lately and need to clean out the fridge to make room for this stuff! Need more miso soup packets from whole foods!

Goal for next week - Get 7.5 to 8 hours of sleep M-Th! So bed by 11:30pm, up by 7:30ish AM.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
