yikes! It probably doesn't help that I ate chocolate chip cookies for breakfast yesterday or that I only slept 4 hours last night since I was planning the vegas trip. But I went to the gym last night and will go tonight, rock climb tomorrow, and gym thurs and fri! Sat will be some walking around so that helps, then sun will be rock climbing. I should get rid of hte cookies i made and lay off the dates! just bought more veg last night so that will help. really need to start measuring stuff and properly planning meals.

I did alright but didn't work out that much yet again (just broomball Monday, then gym one night cuz worked late the other nights. did go for a run outside wed. night so that was good. then v day was thurs and holiday weekend with Sourabh. This week, doing broomball tonight, gym the next two nights, then rock climbing thurs and sat.

I made it to the gym just about 2 times, but the snow didn't help either. I also ate a lot of crap! Note to self: don't buy vegan animal crackers or salted sesame sticks again lol. But, at least it went down. Goal this week is to get more sleep - will be doing gym tonight and tomorrow (have a lot of clean gym clothes now) maybe Friday and maybe even Saturday too. Need to semi plan food for roadtrip. Bring walnut "tuna" maybe.
