my last week's weight was actually 151 but that was after a day of sickness all day in the bathroom so i guess this is an accomplishment. also, no hockey on sunday since i was home and no working out last week aside from double broomball game. Also, drank tues, wed, and saturday for playoff celebration (1 drink), concert (2 drinks), and steph's (2 drinks). this week is thanksgiving (both thurs and then Sat at Steve's) so we'll see how it goes, but i'm dedicated to going to the gym at least 3-4 times this week to make up for it! :)Goal for next week is get to 149! If that happens, I may cry a little :) I don't know the last time I was at that weight (at least, I wasn't paying attention when I was that weight but it may have been high school).
151.4 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 26.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
