Down by 400g. Phew. Another 600g to go! I will mainly eat vegetables today. I was hoping a good blue sky today but it is a bit cloudy. Still, it is a bank holiday weekend! I will try my best today.
147.5 lb Lost so far: 0.9 lb.    Still to go: 28.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
