I had a cheese burger and beer and wine. So this weight seems miracle.
146.2 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 27.1 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 3.1 lb a week

Cheese burger beer and wine sounds good. I had similar last night - pork steak, spiced lamb kofta and jersey royals in salsa verde with cider in the sun and a rather nice couple of glasses of wine. Lovely! Are you recording the trend of your weigh loss rather than looking at the fluctuations as ups and downs? It might take some of the anxiety out of it. I use an app on my iPad called Happy Scale but there's lots of others around. Have a great weekend x

Thank you Phooka, I've purchased an app you have kindly recommended. It looks very good. I like it a lot. :) I tend to go up and down a lot according to my weight every morning. Using this new app, I might be able to stay calm with my weigh in. Have a good long weekend. x
