wow big diff!

i just lost 7 pound since first day of may 25th.. i did eat veggies and meats and eggs, water , hot teas, and coffee.. no bread or grains.. also just bit of cheese, not yet buy goat butter or grass fed goat cheese and butter due some store not have them.. i still use same stuff like last day cause i not have much veggies left today, but will buy more on friday food shopping! and my garden that i grow veggies not ready yet! i just start planted veggies as my own veggies.. that why i have to go to shopping to buy more veggies lol =)

and i feel more bad moody and grumpy and have headaches due not have sugery junks.. that cause make me really bad mood, but i still fighting to keep away from them..

i did walk 1hour and 23 min around the block because it country road.. not much traffic, my son is in the stoller just ride along with his favor toys to play with.. and when end of walk my leg is killing me.. it like want to give up the walk, but i keep going until i made it to my house.. and my feet and legs is still sore.. i will keep do that walk every morning to used it then do walk 2x a day morning and eveing =)

I use to love the walks in the early morning & evening at my dad's ranch. I didn't mind the walking at all. Once we had to move back to town for his health I started walking on the treadmill and it's just not the same. Good for you, nice loss.

ya! I wpuld take my son for a walk too. and wear leg weights so you work out a little and don't even notice. great job on the 7 pounds! !
