Annoyingly the scales say I didn't lose any lbs this week however my tape measure tells me I've lost a total of 6.5" in the two weeks I've been doing this. I feel better and have more energy so I'm not complaining. I had planned to drop another 200 cals from the diet so we'll see how that goes this next week.
166.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 31.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

The tape measure. Ahhh a true friend unlike the decieving scale. lol Be careful dropping your calorie intake, please be sure you are getting enough protien vit. etc. You no good if you are weak with hunger. good work and good luck.

Thanks :) Had a hard time eating all my calories and I'm doing a lot of research on what is healthy for me. I'm just dropping to 1200 and so long as I keep the nutrition balanced I'm not going to try and stuff all the calories in. I just topped 1000 today and I could easily have passed on the last 200 but I did give myself a day off working out on the elliptical :)
