I start The Body Coach's 90 Day SSS plan today. Gonna get lean, gonna do it this time once and for all.

Starting weight 10 stone 9 lbs.
Chest 35"
Hips 39.5"
Waist 31"
Bicep - left 12"
Bicep - right 13"
Thigh - left 23.5"
Thigh - right 24"

BMI 24.9
Body fat 29.4%

Now watch the fat and inches melt away . . . .
