5 days down, 85 to go on The Body Coach 90 Day SSS plan. If anyone could see the amount of food I have eaten, they would never believe I could have lost 1 lb.
I've never eaten so much in my life, especially green veg. Sometimes can't manage all I'm suppose to eat.
The exercise is HARD. I'm giving what I can but at the moment that is not very much due to 37 years of no exercise and "one little slice couldn't hurt".
Feeling good. Mood is much improved. Can't say I have tons of energy just yet but I'm sure that will come with time and increased stamina. I actually feel like I can stick with this.
