In the JAMA Oncology study, people who got less than 75 minutes of high-intensity exercise or 150 minutes of medium-intensity physical activity per week were considered to have an unhealthful lifestyle. About half of white Americans — the ones who are the closest match to the doctors and nurses in the study —achieve that.

Now Suzy, I was watching this hilariously funny movie, Going South. An old cowboy Jack Nicholson movie. I stopped action on my TV, and took this picture, so it is unique. This was the moment he was being hanged, and an old lady stopped the hanging saying she would marry Jack, and this was his expression. But then, when he kisses her, she has a heart attack, and dies on the spot, and the hanging proceeds, then a second woman says she will marry him, and does.

I always make the waitresses describe the desserts when I go out to dinner. I never get any, but I do enjoy listening to the descriptions and feel superior when I say no. Food porn at its best. Love the pictures too. Appreciate the opportunity to develop strength against cake.

That's the attitude, there Sarah! How have you been? It was funny on Imgur reading all the comments people wrote on these pics. Many think they are nice to look at, but worry about the taste. I saw a nice quick video showing the visual steps in making them, but I couldn't find it again today.
