Whoa! Chinese food will blow you up and knock you off your healthy diet. Plus, if you go to the one in my town they give you enough food for 3 days! No joke. I'm gonna be a minute dropping back down but I will say that the coconut shrimp are to die for!
120.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I love coconut shrimp, yum! You can order some pretty healthy stuff, but i so rarely get Chinese food. I love the broccoli in garlic sauce and then I measure out 1/2 cup of rice. PF Changs is sooooo good!!!

I agree about PF Changs! That place is like heaven on earth. They have one in Vegas, and my attorney friend buys it, whenever we eat at his house. Funny, they never cook.
