No wonder I was feeling really tired and hungry last night, I've lost another 0.5 kg! I'm glad I had the extra calories now, I don't want to make my metabolism slow down.
135.1 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
