Eating More
If you burn more than you eat you have to lose fat or break the laws of physics. Maybe you're not burning nearly as much as you think. 2800 calories a day seems like a hell of a lot. I only burn about 1000 calories running a half-marathon!
If the calorie deficit is too great you might feel cold, weak and light-headed all the time. That's my experience anyway.

Is there a way to increase the reported resting metabolic rate?
Thanks, I found it!

P.S you are awesome. I love the indulgence diet idea.

When you have set up exercise for a day, you can save it as default. That way, when you do into your exercise calender, it will load the default for the day, and you can add to it or change is as you please afterwards.
It's been a long time since I set up mine, sorry I don't remember off the top of my head where you do it. It's not too tricky though. Set up your day as you would like it as default, and look for a "save as default" option or something similar. Smile
Good luck.

Ok I have just discovered if I change all the "resting" to "sitting" it looks more reasonable. But it's tedious to have do this for every day. Is there a way to change the default?

This site's estimate of calories burned is too low for me because I'm losing weight despite eating more than it reckons I'm using. How do I adjust the resting rate to reflect reality?
Yes I do enter my running and swimming workouts but I can't be bothered entering every stupid little activity like climbing a flight of stairs!
