Poor diet..yesterday. Weighed 134 yesterday morning..139 now What the heck...very discouraged! :(
139.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

One word...poop! The hardest part of dieting is the body's reaction to what we eat. I have found that it takes 2 days for things to move through, so don't be discouraged it you go up a bit more tomorrow. But, by the next day, it will start coming down again, I bet. Stay focused. Keep logging!

If I may make a suggestion...I would suggest eating fresh fruit 3 times a day. It is one of the things I am doing to lower cholesterol and I have found it works wonders inter department you are talking about.

You can't eat fresh fruit 3 times a day on the ketogenic diet. Way too many carbs!!!
