Reduced blood pressure meds by half per Dr's order :)
210.0 lb Lost so far: 55.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1274 kcal Fat: 35.48g | Prot: 86.66g | Carb: 150.73g.   Breakfast: yoplait light strawberry, high fiber oatmeal. Lunch: black beans, Steamfresh Multi-Grain Blend with Spinach, Tomato & Onions, shelled edamame. Dinner: cottage cheese, Dry Grated Parmesan Cheese, Ground Beef, Spaghetti/Marinara Pasta Sauce, Spaghetti (with Added Salt, Enriched, Cooked). Snacks/Other: 2% cheddar, 100 calorie cheez it, Dry Roasted Edamame - Wasabi. more...
