While I'm happy the scale is moving... It's not moving fast enough for me, I don't really feel a difference in the way I look and for all this hard work I think I should! Hopefully next week will be a big weight loss week I'm hoping for 3 lbs... With thanksgiving that may be difficult! We will see !
146.2 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If you really want to feel a difference in your clothes, and you don't already, start exercising. It's amazing what exercise can do for changing body composition, loss of fat, toning up and your health. But you are losing at a great rate. You don't have a lot left to lose, so if you lose with bigger numbers, it means you are losing muscle. The more muscle you have, the more calories you burn at rest. Muscle is the reason most guys can eat more and still lose and the reason they lose faster. Get plenty of protein because it builds muscles and helps you lose better. High fiber too! Keep going, your doing great.
