Smaller drop this week but all is on track :)
I'm probably retaining a little water from some dumbbell curls that I did last night before going to sleep. That wasn't the brightest idea on the night before my weigh-in. Wednesday is usually my rest day but those dumbbells were just so tempting.
I've started recording my food in my food diary again so I just need to ensure I'm hitting the right macros and my results will be better next week :)
