Don't know what I am doing wrong. Been going to WW since July and all I lost is ONE stinking pound. I have been faithfull to tracking my points this past week, walking twice a week and going to the gym three times this week. Just don't know. It's like my body is saying "I like this weight, I feel comfortable here at this weight, and you can't make me lose any weight"
146.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Don't change anything yet, how long have you been stuck in plauteau? Just keep going for another week and then consider making a small change.

Have you talked to your WW meeting - leader. Are you sure you are counting all the points. The first time I did WW I know that I used to forget to add things like Ketchup, Bar-BQ sauce, salad dressing, the nibble of my kids leftovers, drinks,.... . This time I am diligent about counting. Still when I started again I didn't loose a pound the first 14 days and then suddenly 5 pounds were off. I have read that the more diets you have gone through in a life time the harder it gets to diet, because your body goes into starvation mode everytime you diet again, by clinging to the pounds. Talk to your leader about how to kick-start your weightloss. Maybe it will just take a while for you to start loosing again, maybe you have to not use all your flexpoints for a week and see if that helps. Good luck, I know it's hard, you can do it .... don't give up!!
