Frisbee golf, walking, and eating mostly decent. I'd say I'm atleast 85% on track lol. I'll take it.
103.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 0.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.7 lb a week
