Okay, I don't think I'm eating enough to overcompensate for my new exercise routine, so I'm hoping that I'm just building up some muscle mass in my legs from all the walking.
232.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.7 lb a week

Well when you start a new exercise routine, your muscles retain water to help them heal. It can show on the scale as no loss, small loss or even a gain. It is temporary. Google "why the scale lies" for some insight in to water weight gain.
