stuck. but I've noticed my body is toning and I've been walking everyday 60 min. & following 100% even found low carb tortillas that I made bitchin fajitas with last night! still seeing purple on the keto sticks. so making an educated guess and remembering muscle weighs more then fat, I'm in the toning phase and soon shall see the scale budge! Face is thinning and tummy is flat so do I care about what the scale says? nope I'm a happy low carb'n camper lol! good morning all!
170.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I noticed when I eat those low carb torillas...I don't lose any weight so maybe if your stuck drop em. Same thing with the Atkins bars. One thing I noticed on Atkins is when I eat eggs in the morning I tend to lose weight. Weird, but eggs seems to really help me.

Good Job Sara! Keep up the great work! I got to quit having this "breaks" in my low carbing. They keep setting me back and they bring on the cravings. I find Eggs in the morning to be good too. I make a one egg omelet with 3 oz of whatever meat I have and Jack cheese. Pair that with Tomato slices and it's a great breakfast!
