My weight has been up and down, mostly up! In 2002 I tried Atkins for the first time and lost 100 pounds. Over the course of the next few years I went off of it and never really went back on. I started hitting it hard again in November 2009 and haven't looked back.

Why A Calorie is NOT a Calorie
I had dieted for years and never had any luck till I tried Atkins. It is definetely for me. I think there is a book out, I'm not sure of the author where they talk about different blood types and what diet is best for your specific blood type. I'm sure that some people don't do well on Atkins. I never get the so called Atkins "flu" when I go on Atkins again after a lay off. I just feel so much better not eating sugar or refined carbs. Why do some people stay so thin and eat tons of junk. It makes no sense. Argh!!!!!!!!

Can't see weigh in graph on Blackberry using Fatsecret Mobile-help!
Mine either on my blackberry tour...it just looks like flat lines...I don't care that much about it, maybe they will update it. I can see it here thats enough. I just like the fact that I can enter food mobiley.
