Hoping after Thanksgiving I can spent more time journaling and keeping my food and exercise diaries. Too much time shopping, cleaning and cooking. Was hoping I could get out of cooking this year (everyone wants to go to MOMs) They'll be in for a treat-- a low cal dinner. Stuffing made from whole grain bread and chicken sausage and water chestnuts (olive oil -no butter), green beans with almonds, mashed potatoes with chicken broth, cranberry salad and crustless pumpkin pie. Maybe they won't be so eager to eat at MOMs. A mom has to do what a mom has to do. Ten more lbs. to my goal.
146.5 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.8 lb a week

Rita - love your doggies in your pic! And 50lbs WOW!!! Congrats! That's a lot hard work, my friend! and you're still going ...down, down, down! Good for you. Hope you have a lovely Thanksgiving w/ your family..they'll have to take what they get, and be thankful they aren't doing the cooking :) Much Love.
