sloooooooooooow...shooting for 30 pounds lost by Thanksgiving...half a pound to go. We started playing squash and hitting the gym for some light treadmill, elliptical, cycling.
152.5 lb Lost so far: 29.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.4 lb a week
