Tuesday... I decided to start weighing in everyday but only entering a new weight when I actually weigh, this will be on Wednesday's. I like how the weigh-in puts the additional information in the journal entry it automatically creates for you. I found If I add a comment then I can edit the days journal as I need to. If you don't add a comment during the weigh-in process then you can't edit the entry.
171.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 26.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
