Plateauing a little bit. hovering around 192-195 all week. Would like th break that barrier and get to 185 already...
193.4 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 8.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Plateaus are annoying, right? Usually I tweak something like a food change up or a different exercise routine for a couple days. Good Luck!

Imagine if we gained as fast as we lost? Plateaus are nature's way of putting on the breaks in both directions. You can't lose weight at the same rate but I wish you could.
