Finally started going back to the gym.

184.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb. Still to go: 35.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 1.4 lb a week

Ha! Thanks, yes.. I hope so...I hate the gym but if everything else hasn't been working for me I gotta suck it up!

Wish I could go to gym, after foot surgery can't do any exercise
