Personally I use to know how to lose weight. When in my 20's when lifting my heaviest and I could lose weight when I wanted. Now I'm not saying it was easy then either. I would eat every 2-3 hour low carb high protein and would see a reasonable lose.

Now in my mid 30's, still lifting I found my self stuck to a routine that didn't work for me any more, and actually had a weight increase. I also found my self unable to really stop bad habits like drinking alcohol everyday. One night after drinking that evening I found my self watching the show "My Diet is Better Than Yours". I got interested in it and really was curious about "The Wild Diet". upon completing the season I picked up Able's book. With-in reading the first few chapters I knew I wanted to start right away.

So far "The Wild Diet" and intermediate fasting has been a great tool for losing weight, and keeping me satisfied. I highly recommend Able's book to any one interested.
