I ate horribly this weekend. Friday night i had a Chevy's Sizzling Chicken Fajita.... with tons of chips and salsa.
Saturday i had M&Ms, and dozen warm home made chocolate chip cookies. litterally. I made a batch and practically ate them all by myself (note to self don't make cookies). Some fruits
Sunday i had egg whites with 4 wheat toasts, M&M, frica fricas, I also had 2 bowls of honey nut cheerios. some fruits and cookies.
I promised myself starting today i would eat healthier and exercise. NO white breads (my "bagel thins" are okay a maximum of 1 a day, begininng next week), minimize pasta NO processed foods (my treat can be 1 cup honey nut cheerios instead of candy) NO sodas Minimize dairy NO sugar/refined processed sugar (natural sugar food in fruits are okay)
