Weekend was not good for staying on program. I must find a way not to go crazy when presented with a pizza. Back on track today -- I want to reach a new low by next Monday!
215.7 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
