Gave no idea what I did wrong yesterday to cause 1lb weight gain. I eat before working out and are 60 more calories, and workout was 100 calories less.
117.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
