Feeling good this week. I was doubting that I had lost so I'm quite delighted. I evaluated some of my food choices and determined that I need to make a few changes. I am doing pretty well so far but will need to switch to reduced fat cheese for sandwiches and reduced fat peanut butter(the regular kind is a killer). Also need to get the boyfriend on the band wagon(he is complaining he is fat)so that he can help me eat up produce before it starts to turn bad. It really sucks having to throw out food simply because you couldn't eat it in time.
213.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
