feel good about my losses. got a few things comming up that will cause temtations. spending a week with my son and his family...lots of cartoon and candy around. will still try to walk my 2 miles a day, drink my water etc.
i found a product called A.C.E. started using it today. all natural product taken 2x a day. curbs hunger and promotes energy. will keep posting on my progress and see how much of a difference it makes, in my energy level...thats where i am feeling it most with the Atkins plan i am following.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
