been a tough week, not much appetite, not sure if it's more water or still some medication withdrawal.. and then yesterday was the 1 month Mark of my father in law's passing. not a good day.. just have felt kinda YUK all week
126.8 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
