Well, It's been 9 days since I last weighed in, and I gained a tiny bit. Nothing serious, but I would have liked to see a drop. I know what my problem is. I haven't been exercising enough. I thought that eating less calories would do the trick, but that's just not enough, obviously. So these next 7 days I am going to get myself moving. Hopefully then I will see a drop that actually sticks. I keep losing a couple pounds, then putting them back on, then losing again. It's ridiculous. I have 4 more months to reach my goal. That's 20 more pounds to lose. Seems easy enough, 5 pounds to lose a month. But how things have been going for the past couple months, I just don't know if I can. I've only lost 6 pounds in the past 2 months.
220.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 62.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.2 lb a week
