even though my goal is to no longer binge eat (rather than losing weight) i did overeat yesterday. first because i was hungry (even though i could've satisfied that with fruit) and second because i was at a write in where snacks were offered, so i felt out of control... strategies: snack on fruit to tide me over to dinner and chew gum at social events.
