i decided to stop dieting yesterday, so the weight gain isn't a huge surprise. i remember that this happened to me before. i'd like to try and stop overeating - then decide what to do about my weight next year. i will keep track of my calories to keep the average below 1700 and still go to gym every day, but i'm going to try and lose my food issues by allowing myself to eat what i like.
