We all do the bounce from time to time. Just keep an eye on it. I went out for sushi and didn't touch rice or sauces except for soy and yes I know Soy is bad for you.. And I gained a pound.. And I know it is from the Soy and salt.. So hang in there you will make it for sure..

@Rains120 why is soy bad for you. I use soy flour instead of flour flour when we fry fish, squash, okra etc. I drank soy milk forever before I tasted almond milk and changed to almond and or cashew milk. we also enjoy Edam which is soy beans. I never heard anything about soy being bad for you until I came to this site. But of course we don't eat these things everyday, just every once in a while.

@Sweet Georgia - one of the problems with soy from my understanding is it's impact on Estrogen. I have a good friend who was vegetarian for a number of years. She ate mostly soy products and damaged her hormonal system at age 52. If you do a search on Soy and Estrogen you'll find TONS of articles. As always, many contradict others. One of the issues I do know is that if you eat any kind of manufactured products at all you're probably getting a lot of soy. It's used in everything aparently because it's cheap!

We don't do process, we eat real food. I Had a hysterectomy about 25 years ago and have been on estrogen replacement ever since. so my hormones come in a bottle. I thought soy was high fiber and also has a lot of calcium. Never really liked the soy sauce, to salty. I guess I need to research further.

The other thing about soy is 99% of it is GMO. The estrogen thing is real - my mother had breast cancer and was told not to eat it. Dr. Oz had a show on it I just happened to catch (not a regular watcher) and his conclusion was if you are going to eat it, eat it as beans - its original form - not as the products (flour, milk, tofu). Probably get organic too.
