pretty good week.. upping fluid and cutting back on a couple of meds Def.have my kidneys working, but think I've retained some water, but overall I feel good, lots of work helping friends move, and walking!!
127.2 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
