Its been over a month since i tasted chocolate or sugar, im beginning to forget what they taste like! i need a cheat day

I've come to the conclusion that I'm addicted to sugar. It's happened over time for me, just like social drinkers can become alcoholics. Enjoy your cheat day, but for me, this is not possible...I finally had to face that fact.
