these damned weekends are killing me!!! that is when i seem to overeat!!!!
190.6 lb Lost so far: 21.4 lb.    Still to go: 45.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Preplan your weekend, what you will eat and what your family will eat. If you are going out at all preplan for what ifs. I take along my own salad dressing, bread, protein and fruit just in case. You'll be surprised how easy this is and your up for any emergency.
