New day....new meals...new day of fitness. Wrote out my menu for the week. Tried to be alittle more creative this week and hopefully the famlily will enjoy. Turkey meatloaf, zucchinni spaghetti, sweet potatoe bake will be Monday's dinner.
Just had a 3 egg white omelette....not too bad.
