decided to join Weight Watchers.
the whole30 experience was wonderful for me...it tamed my sugar dragon, though i can still feel him wanting to break free at times, it made me appreciate and eat more veggies, plus inflammation in my bad shoulder has gone down considerably. I want to continue with a more clean way of eating but felt i needed to be held accountable and get support from others thus the reason for joining WW. Their scales show me a pound heavier than mine so that is why the 1 pound "gain". I have had my home scales hidden and will only weigh in once a week, Friday, when i go to meetings....i need to break the scale habit, not be a slave to the number. it's more important how i'm feeling, how my clothes fit, etc. I joined and paid for 3 months and am determined to give it my best go and see what happens :-)
228.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 90.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.4 lb a week

Good luck to you. You are awesome for completing the Whole 30! (Stay away from the Weight Watchers snacks at the meetings). LOL!

I too am trying to break the scale habit! Mine is hiddened underneath the bed per trainers instructions...but I got it out so I pushed it farther back. It may have to leave the house!!! I'm trying on shorts I will wear in Florida on April. I'm trying on all sorts of clothes I couldn't wear last year! This, I know, is the better reward!!! I wish you luck with the idiot box. I'm struggling but still trying to win the war!
