I'm maintaining my weight at 216 lbs. while still staying within my 1500 calories per day. I will attempt to eat less bread this week with fruit and salads as most of my consumption to trick my body. I have to make a better effort to drink more water.

My exercise routine this morning was 45 minutes of walking and interval jogging uphill. 100 situps and 30 pushups switching 50-15-50-15.
216.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
