Todays exercises consisted of 30 minutes walking, 100 situps, 25 pushups.

Dumb bell lifting consisting of 4 sets of 8 reps walking lunges, 3 sets of 8 biceps curls, 3 sets of 8 single arm dumb bell bench presses, 3 sets of 8 reps dumb bell rows.
