Well I have put on 10 pounds in three months. How? I have definitely been overeating and eating a lot of the wrong things such as cake and biscuits. I could blame it on my exam but last March I did two exams. I have walked every day. So I have not paid attention to my weight which I know I did last year. A big mistake not to do so. I need motivation!
