This morning I followed a 10 minute eating meditation whilst eating breakfast - porridge. In the 10 minutes I had only eaten 2 mouthfuls then continued the principles of smelling the food, feeling the texture flavour and temperature in my mouth before I chew and concentrating on what it feels like when I chew it. I want to ensure I am noticing when I am full.
