I've upped my intake slightly because I don't want to keep losing weight, but I also don't want to gain. Ideally I want to stay between 165 and 170. I suppose there will be normal fluctuations from week to week - but it is hard to get my head on straight about my maintaining status. A weight loss mentality is more simple - less is better. But maintaining means eating enough but not too much.
