ate a big dinner both last night and Thursday and ate sugar last night BAM up a couple pounds
265.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Weekends tend to get me if my hubby isn't working. I think my prob is the salt on the almonds giving me a fluid weight gain. (That's my story and I am sticking to it! ;))
