Well, I had hoped to lose 4# this month but alas, my exercise routine was derailed by aggravating an old back injury. This meant I couldn't go to the gym for 8 days straight, and I was used to going 6 days a week. I didn't really miss it, as I was in such pain that walking across the house was difficult.
My fault, my back was already bothering me a bit and I hopped on that lower back machine anyway. Let that be a lesson to me to "listen to my body" and behave accordingly.
Anyway, I went back to the gym today and I feel great. Gotta love those endorphins!
My goal this month is to continue with my food and exercise programs and aim for a 5# loss.
